      First of all sorry for my late reply and thanks for your question.

      Yes, it is assumed that EVs can be taken up already at gastric level and also be absorbed into the intestine. Our unpublished data so far, in mouse model, have demonstrated that after oral gavage EVs accumulate in liver, spleen and intestine. In addition, on going study are suggesting that the loading of EVs with a specific RNA cargo, drive them to specific tissues. The mechanism need still to be elucidated with further studies, but we are on the road map 🙂
